- order online:  we encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service. All online orders are processed by VeriSign payment services, a secure SSL server. Please fill out our online order form and submit it. Your order will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days unless otherwise specified or it is a custom order.

Occasionally, there may be information on our website which contains errors which may relate to pricing, availability or descriptions. Jena Richards reserves the right to update and change information without prior notice, including any errors or omissions to the website. 

- sales tax: a sales tax of 7.0% is applicable to all orders shipped to Florida addresses.  Sales tax is not charged on shipments to recipients outside the state of Florida.

- cancelled orders: all cancelled orders will be charged a 5% processing fee.

Please note that the processing times may vary by product, as stated on each page. The time it takes to process your order does not include the shipping time. Please select the appropriate shipping method for your order to arrive in time for your event. Our products are shipped from various warehouse locations within the USA. If you need your items by a specific date please email us at order@jenarichards.com so that we may assist you in selecting the best option for your needs.

Jena Richards offers USPS and FedEx shipping options for all orders within the continental United States. Occasionally we may substitute one shipping company for another.  At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses via FedEx.  Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via Priority Mail. Please note that orders which are processed with the incorrect shipping option or orders that are cancelled may be assessed a processing fee.

International orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Please select a USPS shipping option at checkout. There may be duties and taxes imposed on international orders that are not reflected in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your customs office for those charges.

Shipping Notification - you will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Delivery Times 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Check transit times.
Service Days Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Delivery Area Available throughout all 50 states.
Package Size and Weight Up to 70 lbs.; 108" in length; 165" in length plus girth (L+2W+2H).
Exceptions FedEx Home Delivery cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

We are not responsible for merchandise which arrives late due to circumstances beyond our control. We do not provide expedited shipping for replacement orders due to delays caused by the shipping carrier.

All claims on lost/stolen domestic packages are subject to the terms of the shipping agent.  If you believe your package to be lost or stolen, we can track the package for you and we can file a claim for you through the shipping agent.  You may also file a claim yourself with the shipping agent. Jena Richards is held harmless for packages that are lost and stolen in transit and not insured by the shipping agent. Jena Richards will supply proof of shipment and/or proof of delivery in the form of a tracking number, a ship log with a tracking number, and/or a delivery confirmation number (USPS).

We appreciate your business and are pleased to offer the following ground shipping options for orders shipped within the 48 continental United States:

   -  all orders within the 48 continental United States over $100.00, please select the "OVER $100 shipped in the USA - SHIP100" at check out.

  -  all orders within the 48 continental United States under $100.00 please select the "Flat Rate in the USA" option at checkout

returns

If, for any reason, you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please do so with in 7 days of product receipt. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all orders returned for credit. The restocking fee does not apply to exchanged items. Shipping charges will not be refunded. A credit will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase of the order. To return your purchase see instructions below....

We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise which does not meet the conditions below.

Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging. Items that are in bags or individually packaged and sealed will not be accepted for credit or return if any seals are removed or broken. Items that are deemed to have been used or not in "new" condition will not be refunded. Items listed on "special" are non-returnable and non-refundable. Jena Richards will not  be responsible for sending back non-returnable items to the customer. 

All custom and special orders such as cookies, engraved and personalized items are not returnable. International orders are final sale. Please use care when choosing these items.

To return your purchase: please repack the item in it's original packaging and place in the original shipping box with a copy of the invoice.

1- Please request a Return Authorization Number (RA #) via email from order@jenarichards.com within 3 days of receipt of your shipment and specify if you are requesting a replacement or a refund. All returns must be received within 10 days from the date the RA # is issued. Please note items which are returned after the RA # has expired will not be credited or returned.

2- Mail to: Jena Richards, Inc., PO Box 565716, Miami, FL 33256 via USPS or the address on your shipment..

3- For your security, please return your purchase, shipping prepaid by you, with an insured courier such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case of damage or loss in transit. Items that have been damaged in return transit are the responsibility of the sender and are non-returnable. Jena Richards will not be responsible for sending back non-returnable items to the customer.
