- order online: we encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service. All online orders are processed by VeriSign payment services, a secure SSL server. Please fill out our online order form and submit it. Your order will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days unless otherwise specified or it is a custom order. - sales tax: a sales tax of 7.0% is applicable to all orders shipped to Florida addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to recipients outside the state of Florida. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation via email within 24 hours from Jena Richards. Your order will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped. Jena Richards accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards only. We do not accept cash, checks or COD.

Jena Richards offers USPS and UPS shipping options for all orders. Occasionally we may substitute one shipping company for another. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses via UPS. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via UPS or U.S. Postal Service. There may be duties and taxes imposed on international orders that are not reflected in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your customs office for those charges. For a rate quote, shipments via UPS and any other questions you may have please email us at customerservices@jenarichards.com.
We are not responsible for merchandise which arrives late due to circumstances beyond our control. All claims on lost/stolen domestic packages are subject to the terms of the shipping agent. If you believe your package to be lost or stolen, we can track the package for you and we can file a claim for you through the shipping agent. You may also file a claim yourself with the shipping agent. Jena Richards is held harmless for packages that are lost and stolen in transit and not insured by the shipping agent. Jena Richards will supply proof of shipment and/or proof of delivery in the form of a tracking number, a ship log with a tracking number, and/or a delivery confirmation number (USPS). International orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Shipping charges are automatically calculated on your order form at check out. There may be duties and taxes imposed by your government on international orders that are not reflected in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your customs office for those charges. Please note that the "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses must be the same for all International orders. If, for any reason, you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please do so with in 7 days of product receipt. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all orders returned for credit. The restocking fee does not apply to exchanged items. Shipping charges will not be refunded. A credit will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase of the order. Items that are are deemed to have been used or not in "new" condition will not be refunded. Items listed on "special" are non-returnable, non-refundable. Jena Richards will not be responsible for sending back non-returnable items to the customer. All custom and special orders such as candy wrappers, ring pillows, favor kits, favors with candy or cookies and engraved items are not returnable. International orders are final sale. Please use care when choosing these items. To return your purchase please repack the item in it's original packaging with the original invoice, be sure to keep a copy of your invoice for your records . 1- Mail to: Jena Richards, Inc., PO Box 56-5716, Miami, FL 33256 via USPS or the address on your UPS shipment.. 2- For your security, please return your purchase, shipping prepaid by you, with an insured courier such as UPS USPS and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case of damage or loss in transit. Items that have been damaged in return transit are the responsibility of the sender and are non-returnable.
